Two campaigns cannot have overlapping sets of triggers and date/time ranges. If there is a conflict with another campaign, you will not be able to save the campaign and the Triggers toolbox will have an alert:
To resolve the conflict, click into the Trigger toolbox. Any triggers that conflict with other campaigns will be highlighted in red. If it's not already expanded, click on a conflicting trigger to expand it and view the details of what the conflict is. In the below example, we see that the trigger "search for blazer" is conflicting with the campaign "Blazer 1", which also has the same trigger of "search for blazer. The conflicting campaign is linked, so you can view it separately to compare if necessary. The date range for the other campaign is also listed here, in case you'd like to resolve the conflict by setting this campaign's date range outside of those dates.
There are various ways to resolve a campaign:
- Change the Trigger: Modify the trigger by clicking the orange "edit" icon at the top right of the conflicting trigger.
- Change the Schedule: Go to the "Schedule" tab in the Trigger toolbox to change the schedule to something outside of the other campaign's date range.
- Delete the other campaign: Go to the campaign you want to delete, go to the Save toolbox, and click into the Delete tab.
- Remove the conflicting trigger: Use the grey minus to the right of the conflicting trigger set to remove it.
